BOOKING FORM
To secure a booking Russian Gateway Tours requires that you complete, sign and return a separate Russian Gateway Tour’s booking form that will be sent to you on your completion of your details below. A deposit of $200 per person is required to commence a booking.
Final balance payment is due 60 days prior to commencement of services.
AMENDMENTS TO BOOKINGS
After a confirmation of a booking has been made, each amendment will incur a $50 charge.
CANCELLATION
After a confirmation of a booking has been made, any cancellations by the traveller will only be accepted in writing. In the event of cancellation the following charges will apply:
60 days or more Loss of deposit
59-30 days 30% of the tour cost
29 days or less or “No Show” No refund
No refund will be given for any tours, accommodation, sightseeing, transfers, or any other services included in the tour cost or package that are not utilised.
RAIL TICKETS
Rail tickets, if purchased in conjunction with a tour, are usually purchased by our operators at least 45 days prior to travel. If cancelled, rail tickets cannot be refunded once they have been purchased. LATE BOOKINGS Bookings made within 14 days of travel incur a late booking fee of $50.
COMPLEX ITINERARY PREPARATION
A $100 non-refundable deposit per booking applies to requests for quotes for itineraries that are not included in our brochure. This amount will be credited towards the cost of your travel arrangements should our quotation be acceptable.
FEE FOR REDUCED SERVICES
A $50 service fee applies to all bookings that comprise only 3 or less nights in a hotel or only rail fares or only tours, transfers and theatre/performance bookings.
